I am honored to be part of the Get Fit team. Get Fit is truly a one-of-a-kind place where people discover and rediscover themselves through community, fitness, and nutrition. Growing up I played soccer every Fall from the time I was 5 years old until I graduated High School. While in college I chose not to play and missed it greatly. A few years and two little boys later, I decided to take on playing indoor soccer with a group of friends. This turned into a 7 year stretch where I was able to find myself and my passion again. Wanting to better my strength and conditioning for soccer, I looked into Get Fit’s Boot Camp. In April of 2014, I participated in my first Boot Camp and fell in love with the people, trainers, and staff that make Get Fit so special. After Boot Camp ended, I stuck around, met more great people at different class times, and was able to create amazing, life-long friendships. In 2015, I felt a desire to get more involved with Get Fit, beyond just working out and creating friendships, and I joined the team as a trainer. Since becoming a trainer in November 2015, I have participated in Food Fit and coached multiple Boot Camps. Training and coaching are near and dear to my heart, as I love getting to know people at the deepest levels to help them overcome what life has thrown their way.
