Heart Rate Training is Get Fit’s newest tool designed to personalize your 45 minute workout and help you reach your fitness goals.

How does it work?

Our studio’s sensors will detect your heart rate monitor and project your body’s real-time feedback up on the TV screens. You will see your heart rate and heart rate zone. This real-time feedback will show you when you need to push harder and when you need to recover based on your fitness goals. After your workout, you will receive an email with a detailed breakdown of your performance results.

Who is it for?

  • Any Get Fit client, regardless of fitness level. We truly believe this technology tool is beneficial for the beginner all the way up to the advanced client. Knowing your body is key to success and key to your road towards whole health. Getting real time feedback of how hard your body is working/not working can help you maximize your results.
