You will never get bored and you will find yourself having a great time while getting in incredible shape! Whether you are just getting started or you are going for gold we will meet you right where you are and take you on to your personal goals! We use all of the most effective, latest and greatest fitness tools and we are not like anything out there so this class is one you want to come do for yourself!

Peak Performance

If you like your workouts without limits and to hit full throttle every time, then this Total Body Blast will take you past what you thought you could do every time! This next level, no excuse workout will develop your personal Peak Performance and welcomes your inner athletic beast!!! Basic knowledge of Get Fit equipment recommended.

A specialized training class that will challenge you and motivate you to be a stronger version of YOU. See your muscles develop and watch your strength increase as you track your progress in every class. Basic knowledge of Get Fit equipment recommended.

Fierce Body Boxing

This ain't yo mama's boxing class! This class is a fun, high intensity workout for everyone! This high cardio workout includes a wide range of equipment, as well as, heavy bag training. If you are looking to see how hard you can push yourself, come knock out this workout! No experience needed.
