Sweet Potato Crust Quiche

Ingredients:
1 Sweet Potato
1 TBS avocado/olive oil
garlic powder
1 cup chopped veggies of choice
Ridell's Chicken Apple Sausage (diced)
9 eggs (whisked) with himalayan salt and pepper to taste
PREHEAT OVEN to 400*
Peel 1 sweet potato and chop it in a blender for about 7 seconds or until add oil, garlic powder, himalayan salt, and pepper.
Spray a pie dish with coconut oil/avocado oil/ olive oil and pack sweet potatoes so that they line the dish. Bake for 15 mins.
While crust is baking, chop up your veggies/meat. Place inside cooked crust. Add whisked eggs.
Lower temp to 350*
Bake quiche for 30 mins or until fully cooked.
