Pork tenderloin

olive oil/avocado oil

juice from 1 squeezed orange (pickle juice works too but is not clean)

these spices:

(magic seasoning is optional, but delicious and can be found in most grocery stores)

For the Sauce:

1 c Frank's Hot Sauce

1 TBS olive oil/avocado oil

1 TBS garlic powder

1 TBS onion powder

1/4-1/2 c honey (depending on how spicy you like things)

2 teaspoons molasses

1 tsp paprika

1 TBS mustard

Preheat oven to 350.

Rinse the pork and pat dry with towel.

Cover in himalayan salt and all the listed spices.

Heat skillet with 1 TBS oil.

Brown meat 2-3 minutes per side (this holds the juiciness).

Spray glass dish with cooking spray. Add meat to dish.

Score the pork (tiny slits only on the top that go half way through the meat).

Pour the orange juice over the meat.

Pour some of your pre-made sauce over the meat (only a few spoonfuls).

Cook for 20 minutes, then take meat out, add a few more spoonfuls of sauce and cook for 20 more minutes and then repeat adding sauce. Cook ten more minutes.

Slice meat and ENJOY!
