Pumpkin Spice Butter


Yields 1 pint

1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin Purée
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Raw Coconut Sugar

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stirring frequently so it doesn't burn. Reduce heat and allow butter to simmer until it thickens. Adjust honey/coconut sugar to personal preference of sweetness. Place in jar and store in refrigerator! Enjoy on toast, oatmeal or anything else your heart desires!

Tastes great on clean French toast, pancakes or waffles with almond butter/maple syrup.
