Peach Cobbler Muffins

Clean Peach Cobbler Muffins


2 c oat flour
3 Tbs coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

2 1/2 Tbs coconut oil
4 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c almond/coconut milk

2 large peeled, skinned, diced freestone yellow peaches

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray silicon muffin liners with oil (I used avocado oil).
Place in muffin tins.
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in another. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until there are no lumps. Add peaches. Mix.

Bake for 20 mins or until toothpick doesn't have anything sticking to it.
