Paleo Sweet Potato Nachos

ingredients:

1 lb grass fed beef/turkey

4 small/ 2 medium sweet potatoes

4 minced garlic cloves

himalayan salt

paprika

garlic powder

onion powder

chili powder

cumin

cayenne pepper

avocado/coconut/olive oil

toppings of your choice (avocado, salsa, tomatoes, green onions, olives, cilantro, etc)

directions:

preheat oven to 450*.

thinly slice your sweet potatoes

spray a cookie sheet with your oil. line your cookie sheet with the sliced sweet potatoes. season with himalayan salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika. spray the tops lightly with your oil. bake for 25 minutes and then flip and bake for 12 more minutes (timing may vary depending on oven).

While your sweet potatoes are baking, brown your meat on the stove with the minced garlic. When meat is brown, season with generous amounts of himalayan salt, paprika, onion powder, cumin and a DASH of cayenne.

lay your baked sweet potato chips on a plate, add your meat and garnish with whatever you please!
