Mediterranean Pasta

Who doesn't love a good pasta?
More importantly, who doesn't love a pasta that doesn't leave you feeling like you need to undo a notch in your belt and take a 3 hour nap after you eat it. This Mediterranean Pasta is something the whole fam will enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked quinoa noodles
1 can Lindsay's Natural Olives
1 c of sundried/fresh tomatoes
3/4 c chopped basil
1 c pesto
3 grilled chicken breasts. diced
On the chicken:
avocado oil/EVOO
cover generously with:
fresh minced garlic/garlic powder
onion powder
oregano
pepper
pinch of himalayan salt
Combine all ingredients and serve hot or chilled.
