Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 C peanut butter (just roasted peanuts)

1/2 C honey

1 C oat flour

1 TBS flax meal

1 TBS almond meal

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 tsp himalayan salt

dash of cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1 egg

1 C Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix egg, honey, and peanut butter in a bowl until combined, then add vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, flax meal, almond meal, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.

Add dry ingredients into peanut butter batter a little at a time, mixing as you add.

Chill batter for at least an hour.

Line Baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with coconut oil. Add spoonful sizes of cookie dough on the parchment paper.

Bake at 350 for 9-11 mins.
