Grilled Veggie Medley

1 bunch asparagus, rinsed and chopped
3 zucchini, chopped
2 ears of corn
1 c cherry/grape tomatoes
1 TBS olive oil
garlic powder, himalayan salt and pepper to taste

Grill aspargus and zucchini together lightly tossed with olive oil. Grill corn, lightly covered in olive oil. Cut corn off the cobb and combine with asparagus and zucchini. Add fresh chopped tomatoes and mix everything together.
Serve chilled or hot.
