Get Uncomfortable

1.a state of physical ease and freedom from pain or constraint.
There's nothing like it.
The word alone triggers so many warm fuzzies for us all: being wrapped up in a warm, cozy blanket in your favorite spot on the couch, being able to be yourself completely around your friends and family, some good home cooked food, or (let's be honest) putting sweatpants on as soon as you get home from work.
There's a sense of security in being comfortable. We know what to expect. There's a naturalness, an ease about it.
If we're being honest though, when it comes to life we grow more as individuals when we step outside of our comfort zones. We truly care about each one of you as individuals; your mind, body, and soul. We want to challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone this week.
We get it; it's scary.
If you're in a group of people and someone seems to feel left out; start a conversation with them in hopes that they feel accepted. If you're working out and see someone new that seems unsure about how to do certain moves, come along side them and help (you are all amazing at this already), try a new recipe, go on an adventure, or if you're feeling really wild, drink your coffee without creamer.
This is why The Change Up was created--to pull us out of our comfort zones, to challenge our bodies, to become stronger.
No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, The Change Up is going to get your body out of it's comfort zone and take you to the next level.
Don't be afraid to push yourself. Don't be afraid to take the plunge.
Change is scary, but it will be so worth it.
