Clean Blueberry Muffins



Wet ingredients:
3 bananas
2 eggs
1 tbs vanilla
1/4 c honey
1/2 c almond milk
1/4 c plain Greek yogurt

Dry ingredients:
2 1/2 c oat flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (SFH Pure recommended)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

1 c fresh or frozen blueberries


Preheat oven to 350. Combine all wet ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients to the bowl and stir until completely mixed. Add blueberries and gently stir. Add to muffin baking sheet (we LOVE the silicone muffin sheet from The Butler's Pantry) and bake for 23 mins.
