Berry Cobbler

Topping:

1 cup almond flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
3/4 C rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C coconut oil, melted
3/4 C chopped walnuts
Pinch salt
Filling:
4 C berries of choice (I used strawberries and boysenberries)
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8x8 dish with cooking spray. Mix topping ingredients together until coconut oil is evenly dispersed. Next, pour berries into prepared dish and drizzle with honey and sprinkle chia seeds. Mix together until evenly coated. Then, sprinkle the topping mixture over the berries until evenly coated. Bake for 20-25 minutes until top is slightly browned.
