Bacon Brussels Sprouts




1 1/2 - 2 lbs. of Brussels sprouts
3 pieces bacon, cut in 1/2 inch strips
1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat the oven to 425.
Wash and trim the stems of the Brussels sprouts. If you have small ones, leave them whole. If you have large Brussels sprouts, cut them in half.
Place in a bowl with sliced bacon and red onion. Season with olive oil, salt, & pepper.
Spread evenly on the baking sheet and roast at 425 for 25-30 minutes, stir once.
Eat the whole tray.
