A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words: Getting There

We are wrapping up Week 5 of Rock Body Bootcamp and I thought I would show my progress. I would just like to first point out that I am not excited about blasting pictures out of me half dressed, but you all have been on this journey with me and have been such an amazing support that I feel like I owe you the update, and also, I am really proud of my progress so far. I believe in this process so much and am living proof that if you trust the process, the results follow.

Health Age: 50 24

Bust: 31 29 1/2

Waist: 32 29 1/2

Hips: 40 37 1/2

Arm: 11 1/2 11

Leg: 20 20 1/2 (IDK what the deal is there)

So overall, in 5 weeks, I have lost 14 pounds, lost over 10% body fat, gained 6 pounds of muscle, lost several inches, and am SO much healthier!

I have enjoyed really pushing myself to go harder and lift heavier the past few weeks. I challenged myself at week 4 to log in 12 miles thinking that was a pretty good challenge and then received a text the following day from Natalie telling me I had to (I mean got to) do 20. We moved into a new home that week, so in addition to moving, working out, nursing my daughter (which takes about 3 hrs each day), meal prepping, and working 30 hours, I had NO CLUE how I was going to get 20 miles done...but I did it.

It's so easy to come up with excuses. We all lead busy lives. However, when you have your eyes set on a goal, you will do anything to get there. With the support of my family and friends, I have been able to stay on track to living a healthy life, and let me tell you, it is SO WORTH IT.
