4th Of July BBQ Ideas

Holidays are always a special time to spend time with friends and family, have some fun and eat some amazing food. Typically when we associate food and holidays, we think of overeating, creamy everything, and gaining weight. Just thinking about the endless supplies of chips and dip, hot dogs, and dessert probably makes you want to undo the top button of your pants and take a nice nap.
WE LOVE FOOD and WE LOVE AMERICA, but celebrating our independence does not mean we have to be dependent on foods that lack nutrients. You can still throw an awesome 4th of July BBQ with clean food and have it all be delicious--you don't even have to tell your guests that instead of stuffing their body, they actually fueled it.
So here are some of our Backyard BBQ favorites:
Beverages:
Fruit Infused Water is always refreshing--especially on days that are hotter than you know where. An amazing fruit combo is frozen pineapple, basil, oranges, and cucumber.
Iced Black and Green Tea are always winners.
Our Pineapple Refresher makes you feel like you are enjoying punch but aren't drowning in sugar.
