15 Minute Mahi Mahi Tacos

Ingredients:
2 Wild Mahi Mahi Steaks (you can buy the frozen bag at Costco
2 TBS avocado oil
Poultry Magic Seasoning (or the fish seasoning. you can really use any rub but look for seasonings that are low in sodium and do not contain sugar)

Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Optional Toppings:
Avocado, chopped
Tomato, diced
Purple onion, diced
Salsa (look for no sugar in the ingredients)
Plain greek yogurt
Pineapple, diced
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat up avocado oil, rub both sides of the mahi mani steaks generously with the seasoning. Place steaks in the skillet. Cook 4 minutes per side, flipping once (time may vary based on thickness of the fish). Cut the steaks into thirds (1/2 inch in width) and sear the areas that were the center of the fish for 30 seconds-1 minute. Add your fish on top of romaine lettuce and garnish with your favorite toppings.
